Best time for use is 3 days after cycle stops.

Boil 2 Cups of water and pour into our YONIOLOGY V-Steam seat

Add Ingredients (I cup of Yoniology V~Steam Herbs).

Allow herbs to steep for 2-5 minutes.

Test the temperature of steam, do not burn yourself! If the water is too hot, just wait a few minutes before starting your steam.

Use our Yoniology V~Steam Gown to cover up and get the most effective and relaxing benefits from your steam session.

Sit hovering over the steeped V~Steam for 20-30 minutes.

Rinse with a quick, warm to cool shower.
